I would definitely like to keep Sandro for another season before giving up on him. Was a quality player before coming to Everton and simply hasn't been able to adjust to the Premier League. The fact of how abysmal we were for the first half of the season wont have helped him either. When you consider the small price we paid, it would be worth nurturing for another season and give him time to adjust. Unless he wants to go himself of course which is different and who could blame him if he did. :)

would keep him hasn't been here long enough really judge him or let him settle down, state of are team this season hasn't helped.
A few games up front with the new lad and a wide player might help him show what he can do.

I get that he mustn't be showing it in training to not get on the teamsheet, but I feel he needs a run of games to get going, not sure how he is supposed to show his worth coming on for 5 minutes here and there. I think he should have started after scoring in the Europa League in the hope it could have gave him some confidence but if you score and then don't get picked for the next game it must be a knock of confidence.

I want to keep him for another year, same with Klaassen. Give these lads a good amount of minutes, in a settled team, then we'll see what their truly about. Giving up on someone so soon who has the hype this lad gets in Spain would be naive.

If the lad himself wants off then oh well, that says a lot more about him than us if he's wanting to leave after just a few months instead of trying to prove himself. I'm hoping he'll get the bit between his teeth and want to really push his claims. So far I feel like he's came across as feeling sorry for himself a bit.

I know what you saying, however, we have not been in the position bleed him in, it's been all hands on the pump to steer us away from the bottom 3..
