Loan to another Prem team where he will get game time to see if he can cut it. If he does, great, we'll have him back next season. If not, adios and we make a profit.

Why, though? What’s he good at?

So far he can’t finish, pass, or control a ball, and isn’t physically gifted. Fair enough it’s a new league, he’s young etc. but what makes it so obvious he’s a good player pretending to be useless?
He's played the sum total of 480 mins worth of competitive football, in a season where he's been in and out with injuries amongst a general shambles of a squad and amidst a managerial merry-go-round.. all in a new country in one of the most physically demanding leagues in the world.

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

At 21 years old he did the business in La Liga last year. That's enough in itself.

Because there's a good player in there, it's not exactly difficult to see.

Be a mistake to 'cut losses' on him so early.
It is quite difficult to see to be fair.

I'm not saying he won't make a top player, either here or somewhere else, but there has genuinely been nothing in any of his performances for us which has made me think 'this lad's got it'. If I compare him to Deulofeu when he first came over for example - similar age and background - he hasn't given me anything like the same impression. Deulofeu was frustrating as hell and often flattered to deceive, but his ability was obvious every time he stepped on the pitch so I never doubted he had it. Sandro hasn't been like that all for me, he's looked at best raw and at worst extremely limited.

This.

You may well think he might have more to show than he has, and he very well may do, but you can't say he has shown it because he most definitely hasn't. He has shown very little.

And people start with the "He's barely had a chance, he needs time". I imagine he does. But he hasn't even shown a glimpse of anything that would preclude him from being left out. He has been at the very best a passenger each and every time I've seen him live (I didn't see the Sunderland or Atalanta games) and has even managed to offer less than one of, if not THE most maligned player in our recent history in Niasse.

I am all for giving people chances to settle and bed in, but you can't say his lack of chances has been a mystery based on his performances for us, because it's not true.

A loan, or even a run in the u23s could do him the world of good, and I've said that since Koeman was still in charge.

Shock as small technical quick Spanish player can't play with back against goal against 6'5" gravy guzzling cow eating centre backs.

Give the lad a chance.

He has had some game time so perhaps Allardyce has found him wanting, there again because of the state we are in happen the style currently played does not suit his play so judgments at this time could be unfair. But looks like this month per rumour could be going back to Spain.
