So you’re not excusing him then. You are holding his feet to the fire eh.....tbh it sounds like you’re excusing him....

Are you excusing Teresa May for the savage cuts or does that not fit into your narrative?

Sounds like you are me thinks, and by the way I will hold Jhan to account when the next mayoral election rolls round.

I bet you will still vote Tory though

I would blame the Labour government that caused the need for them, not the poor sods who inherited the mess......

Nice try

Tory bankers who nearly bankrupted the country after the credit crunch needing huge bailout’s did that.

Besides the Tories have been in power for over 18 years so how long you going keep blaming labour then ?

Austerity was supposed to last 5 years then 8 years now it’s 2018 are we’re still austerity.

18 years.....when did that start then.......typical labour mathematics.......

Diane Abbott can give you maths lessons for a small fee, of about £800M or £75M or something like that......

So you agree the savage Tory cuts are the biggest factor in the rise in knife crime ?

If not supply your evidence, even though you haven’t got any

Why would that make people stab people though?

Weapon related crime is mostly present in the poorest and most deprived areas. It's quite clear that if funding for social services, mental health and other forms of intervention, prevention and help is not present then more people will fall through the cracks and into trouble. And if the funding isn't there to effectively police the streets then crime and anti-social behaviour will flourish.

Where that behaviour flourishes then it grows ever more vicious as yesterdays extremes become todays norms and law and order is stretched to and beyond breaking point.

In the UK the easiest weapon for a young person to obtain is a knife and there is a vicious circle of the fear of knife crime leading to people carrying knives for protection. More knives leads to more knife crime.

If only we could stop people and check if they were carrying knives......

There are more Police Officers now then back in the 60’s 70’s, but now they are all in the warm office on the internet searching out ‘hate’ crimes.....
There’s also circa 21,000 less than there was when May became Home Secretary.

Amazing that there’s a correlation between falling police numbers and rising crime, what a genuine shocker that is.
