as far as i can make out everton gave his club a dedline of today to make the move.
his club havent found a replacement in time and cant afford to let him go, therefore the deal is off and we are now looking elsewhere.
the valencia manager , emery , has been an absolute spanner in the works and has gone out of his way to make it as difficult as possible for the move to go ahead.

i read a report yesterday that moyes has had to demand for more funds as he has spent the lescott money. (as far as im concerened after distin billy and heitingar??? , the board better still have atleast 10 million)
i still think moyes wants 1 big buy (10 million +) and atleast 1 loan.
bentley seems to be the player he has in mind but i would like kranjcar myself.
i still reckon kranjcar would be a great buy and would come much cheaper than he is worth .
experienced ,the right age, talented , multi tasker , good price (rumoured 6.5 million ) sell on value......everything looks good and worth a punt.

all the other world press are saying 'its stalled' but banega wants to come and is himself now trying to force the move.
i think the truth is a bit of both.
the contracts are agreed , the player wants to come , emery is being a dick and stalling the move knowing he cannot bring in a better player ,so the deal is a real struggle it seems.
perhaps the saving grace will be that banega does actually want to come.
