Is it ok to call him KenNOTSOGOODBUTNOTSOBAD?

I'm really on the fence so hate threads like this cause i dont feel i can truly commit to one side or the other.

90% of all the Kenwright stuff is flawed. It shows how dangerous the internet is though.

The question remains: if Kirkby gets called in, which it wont, then what now?

It's going to be great watching Everton play at Goodison in the lower divisions at some point not too far away.

So do you think if we stay at Goodison we will be relegated?

It's a possibility long term yes, at the very best we will tread water as Moyes himself said without new, adequate revenue streams.

But it's ok to point out that the attendance would be [Poor language removed] at a ground in Kirkby because the fanbase wouldn't move.

The same fanbase wouldnt be arsed to get out of bed to watch Everton get involved in relegation battles again, or even worse.

The opposition have used up all their rhetoric by now, it's coming to a close mate.

I repeat my question: if Kirkby get's called in, what now?

I actually believe it will be an exciting time for the club as they will have to look at other options. Perhaps change the way they think about how the club operates on a day to day basis.

I like the way they are marketing themselves now, and I think that kind of shine needs to be continued throughout.

Finch Farm is a great venue for training. We have some great young talent. Not that much money, but maybe after this Kirkby debacle has been put to bed then we could end up taking a better option. One that was not given enough thought due to the quite obvious Tescos - Kirkby - Green link.

For me its not about in the city, out of the city, or even moving away from GP. It's about quality, and not compromising. Kirkby went from impressive to, well it's ok. But not enough to make me want to move from this crumbling stadium.

But why? We have sustained ourselves fairly admirably so far. Moyes may walk, and someone else will come in. He's not the key man in my opinion, he has flaws, and fairly big ones.

I don't see us as relegation fodder just because we are not going to move to Kirkby.

Moyes will be happy if we dont move to Kirkby, where else do you think the board is gonna get £78m from, unless they sell the entire first team and stop transfer spending for the 13 years it will take us to pay for the cowshed.

Christ now who's kneejerk?

You're all bemoaning not spending money on players, without that money were relying on a similar set up where Moyes and his set up bridge the gap.

Moyes has stated he's ambitious, I honestly can't see him hanging around for beards if were stagnant which without proper investment (not forthcoming it seems) we will end up.

Meanwhile, you all scream like really bad bitches about City and Sunderland and the like getting investment and signing those players you so love on Champ Manager.

So great, what now?

Well, Bill Kenwright is the chairman, surely it's up to him to provide direction and a future for the club. Clearly he is trying to do this with Kirkby, but it's a bit [Poor language removed]. Whether he likes it or not, that's his responsibility. He should be doing better than he is at his job, that's the point really.

Do you want to acknowledge that he's overseen us from being constant relegation material to regular top five? So, he's actually alright at his job then but there's loads of snides who would rather stay bevvying near the current ground than see us get investment for new, better players and stuff?

We get a new board or the current board do something they have failed to do, spend some of their own money. Sorry, the key word should be "invest".

I will say hes done a good job up to a point, I mean he did hire Moyes, he didnt fire Moyes and he does pay Moyes.
