Ronald Koeman discussion

A fair few vital interceptions, didn't give the ball away about 50 times, run around like a moron constantly out of position, and have two crap potshots that actually broke down attacking moves and achieved nothing

did our best run of performances last season come without gana???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I feel like when I see that many question marks, it's like my chick asking me a question she already knows the answer to.

It wasn't embarrassing.

The game vs Limassol was. As was the Burnley one.

This was just poor. Just the same old stagnant stuff and it's time for the pressure to be applied.

He should be gone, but he isn't. It has to be a case of win, or get sacked.
For me, it was embarrassing. We would not have been in this game if Keane wasn't excellent today. Brighton were the better team for the majority. You can make an argument for red cards, yada yada and you wouldn't be wrong. Having said that, we were VERY poor today and didn't deserve anything based on our play and chances created. This performance was no different than Burnley or Limassol, which shows we haven't made the progress we need.

Our 45m signing who is apparently completely disrupted by having to play a shocking one position to the left of his "favourite".

Absolutely love this mental idea that Wayne Rooney's mere presence on the pitch is stopping Siggurdson from being even slightly decent, Klaassen from looking like a footballer, DCL from scoring goals, Gueye from dominating the midfield, Tom Davies hair from being nice, Baines from making a block or Williams from not being a useless biff.

Spoiler alert lads: it's not all Wayne's fault, he's actually doing what he's paid to do. His goals have been responsible for 5 of our 8 points this season. Without him we'd be goosed.
I appreciate that he's scored a few. No denying that.

But he didn't play well today and it's not merely his 'presence' on the pitch, it's the areas of said pitch he's taking up. Be nice if he made a couple runs or could control the ball.

Behave it wasn't embarrassing and it wasn't anywhere near as bad as Limassol

I can't stand this nob head, just sack him FFS.

The one thing I always liked about Koeman was his no nonsense, straight talking in interviews, now he's just the Dutch Martinez mate, always looking for excuses, blaming other factors in games, seeing good performances when we have in all reality been [Poor language removed].
Easier for him to be more critical last year when a lot of the players he didn't buy played now it's virtually his team his players his formations

If he's going to be played put him in the Schneiderlin role.

But he can control the ball. And Vlasic, that lad with almost zero premier league experience, manages to play just fine despite the talent dark star that is Wayne Rooney a mere 5 metres from him.

But boo hoo, Siggy/ Davies / Klaassen / DCL are all suffering, SUFFERING due to Wayne taking up an entire attacking half. Those poor little dears, we really should be doing everything to accommodate them. What really galls me is how even Siggurdson's free kicks are being affected by Rooney being on the pitch at the same time, perhaps we should ask the ref to make sure all set pieces and corners are taken from the middle of the pitch where Siggurdson needs to be playing at all times.

You couldn't be more spot on with these posts if you tried.

Well in.
