I'm not even joking about the "plotters" stuff either. There IS an attempt coordinated by some numbskulls to unseat this manager. What's happening here on GOT with these handful of hard core protestors is symptomatic of that. Their aim is to pile into every single thread that can be remotely turned into a reason for getting rid of the manager. That's what we're seeing here. They are no friends of this football club, that's for sure. They know who they are and they're goal is to sway as a any as possible to their outrageous position. Petitioning for the manger's dismissal when were 12th in the league FFS. Utter barmpots who unfortunately have a lot to say for themselves and are determined to keep it up. I can't wait until our form produces a couple of victories just so they STFU and get back under their rocks.

Why would you panic? Be concerned we get a win and push on ASAP, sure. Panic - why on earth would you panic when we've been here in many recent seasons?

As I said though, there are a few committed activists on these forums dedicated to putting the sh1ts up Evertonians to induce this blind panic. Don't be duped by them.

Injuries that we've been unable to cover at all. He's either got to find a way to get results without those players, or sign some replacements asap.

Yeah this worrys me as well, we all know there is but im worried he has deluded himself into think his "philosophy" is a winning one, even thou it clearly isnt. Its hard to admit you are wrong and start with a fresh approach, maybe one reason why we need another manager who can freshen things up address the issues with the side that need working on.

I look at Martinez and though I like him, watchwords like "Wigan" and "Relegation" always flash up in my mind whenever he speaks. I never felt this trepidation, even during the darkest days of Moyes. You just knew Moyes had the strength of character to galvanise his players, and you also knew the players played for him. He had strong characters in the dressing room: Arteta, Cahill, Stubbs, Kilbane, Weir, Carsley, Ferguson, Howard etc. Players who were up for the fight. The football we play under Martinez this season is slow, trepid and toothless. There is no penetration.

I just hope the trip to Qatar allows the management and the players to put things right. I really do.
