That's not true. I wasn't calling for his head at ANY point other than the end when he was dragging out his contract. I wanted him to grow a pair and demand cash from the board. He was a dullard manager though and so i wasn't arsed that he left. Did a job for us but was limited.

That's it really on Moyes. So no contradiction from me on that score.

The problem is dave he is making that many bad decisions does he know what he is doing.
Before the game nearly every fan on here questioned the team selection you included knowing we were going to struggle and koeman reacted and southampton reserves won easily.
Now martinez is either showing blind faith in his system or he is actually lost.
The last few years we have been spoilt to a degree but the worrying thing for me is that the players are looking lost and lacking hunger,spirit and desire

I think you answered your own question mate.

I dont have the answers, but i blame the players, and side with giving the manager the benefit of the doubt. He has earned thta, with giving me the best and most proud season in over a decade .

Don't get me wrong I like him and trust him to get it right, but today considering all the circumstances he shouldn't have sat on his hands and done nothing.

Especially considering the games start coming thick and fast and players either need resting or coaxing back into the team.

He never had this quality of squad though mate it took moyes nearly 4 years to get the quality into the squad.
Our top players are going backwards with martinez i dread to think what goes on at training

I do belive we will average out to were moyes did in the league , maybe even a tad lower. But we will have a better chance in cups, and when in form, will look like the best team around.

Martinez and the team have a lot of making up to do after their performances this season so I'm really looking forward to a Derby victory, playing in Europe and the FA Cup beyond March and then we can safely say that this period was a mere blip!

It's been very poor decision making, something we all point out. But he needs to have a rethink; it requires no more drastic action than that.
