Roberto Martinez discussion

well osman and Cleverley have been our worst two players tonight so I stand by what I said in they should never have been picked.

Tonight's result will buy him some more time but I'm afraid he's operating from week to week now. This thread shows you that with only a slight negative turn of results the fans will potentially turn against him so he's in a lose-lose scenario or he would be if the board gave a toss.

This thread doesn't reflect the feelings of match going Blues this season Kev.
It probably did last season, but not this.

"....problem lad?"

Buy him more time? Like he was in any bother. This thread shows a handful of stubborn blues are desperate for him to fail rather than be desperate for him to succeed as it will prove them right. Bit sad really

Mate I refuse to give huge credit to a manager whose 'success' if we can call it that this season involves in the main in picking Deulofeu and putting him on the pitch.

As already pointed out to you, we have lost 3 games. He didn't even start at the beginning of the season.

So it's all down to the young Spaniard? Nothing to do both the player he paid 28m for who has scored 13 or the lad he refused to sell to Chelsea for a record fee for a British defender?

Have a lie down mate x

Anyway, ignoring the miseryguts.

Credit to Martinez and the team. We were a much more solid unit defensively tonight. Boro weren't all that, but we did a great job on them.
