If we go out, bring a caretaker in. But for tomorrow we have a proven manager already at the helm.

Your logic is sound mate. But sorry after Wednesday, sometimes you've just got to go by instinct, your heart not your head.

We have a proven FA Cup winner in Joe Royle. Someone who deserves to lead an Everton team out at Wembley.

He's not going to get sacked before Saturday, you're right. But part of this club will die when that surrender monkey leads us out. The only thing which will run though my mind and when the camera focuses on him, then pans up to Kenwright, will be.

SHAME. SHAME. SHAME.

I am coming round to the thinking that if we lose tomorrow, he will be gone. Can you imagine the atmosphere at home to Bournemouth next Saturday if we have lost and he is still there, claiming we have progressed?

I am more worried that we win and that cements his place for another season!!

lads, ladies, you seriously think that sacking Martinez today would be a good decision?
Seriously?

Sheedy? Unsworth? Dunc?

Laughable suggestions imo.

If there is just a single thing RM knows, it's how to win the FA Cup.

If we go out, bring a caretaker in. But for tomorrow we have a proven manager already at the helm.
Think it's less laughably than having a manager that's served up 2 years of crap and has just been beaten 4-0 in a derby for the 2nd time in 3 years lead us out. The game's already lost with him in charge.

Lose tomorrow and put money on him not making it to goodison.

If the board are planning on replacing him anyway, imagine keeping that manager to go to goodison after both the derby and no fa cup final?

In all fairness these two games should have been a bench mark. the fans care about beating liverpool (even me deep down) and the fa cup marks success for the club. So to have given him the chance in both of them is a fair oppertunity from the club. If he fails both then he can't continue in the role, the fans would be too hostile, especially at goodison. The knock on effect would be huge, we struggle at home v bournemouth with our terrible home record, lose again, more negativity seeps in, more fans hostility etc

Hell even season ticket sales, for those not sold, would there be a massive clamour to buy them if martinez was unsure to still be here next season after this one?

Wake up, check BBC sport website, see Everton news conference as the headline, get excited, realise it's just a standard conference for united match, fume.
