"The Everton CEO then revealed that statistics revealing there had been 60,000 different match ticket purchasers in the last three years backed the Club's belief a stadium with a 50,000 capacity was appropriate - adding in the factor of considerably improved facilities."

What a [Poor language removed] tool.

Cross examination of this pile of steaming [Poor language removed] begins tomorrow.

Surprise surprise you ignore completely the video speaking to professionals discussing the poor facilities at Goodison for hospitality, disabled access, catering, media etc.

In your own words, what a [Poor language removed] tool.

I've seen the video mate, it's a [Poor language removed] joke. Everton run the stadium into the ground for the past decade and a half and that's what you get.

Break the habit of a lifetime and have a go at posting something relevant.

Are you for real mate, seriously the club ran the stadium in the ground to marginlise disabled supporters all so they could come up with an elaborate plan to move out of the city.

Seriously mate, your looseing it now!

Behave yourself will yer. 'Losing it'. You're away with the fairies if you think there hasn't been a systematic disregard for the upkeep of that stadium. Like it or lump it, apart from a lick of paint and some blue gravel around the pitch, this club has done [Poor language removed] all of significance since the Park End went up in the mid-90's to modernise...oh, apart from Billy Smart's circus tent in the car park.

And whilst we're on the subject of the disabled - will it be better for them that the distance many would have to travel to get to Kirkby would be an unwelcmoe development?

Thinking cap on before you dive in.

Surely your missing the bigger picture? At the moment we cant attract 50,000 fans, but lets say the market takes an upturn and every1 has got money again and heaven forbid we get some money and sneak into the CL and even more shock horror we go long cup runs and start to win things. Surely AC Milan in the CL will attract 50,000?

Anyway, lets stay @ Goodison, its well good.

Well i think thats an opinion for "them" mate, im sure they have their own voice. You are quite insane mate, either Goodison isnt fit for a ground or it is make up you mind! I would hazard the guess that it would very much depend on wheather said traveler was traveling form Kirkby into the city presently.

Ok ill bite cue another tedious fact-The running costs for Goodison go into millions every year: DaveK's fabricated response here:

I think what your expeirencing can be summed up by a better man then me: YouTube - Anakin and Yoda

There's a little bit in between you missed out - redevelopment of a ground to make it into a modern stadium. Obvious point really, only a an insane person would fail to see it.

When you have something more rational to say mate I'll be here to answer you...promise.
