Somebody needs some jail time over this infected bloods scandal. Just like somebody needs some jail time over the Grenfell scandal and the Post Masters scandal. What’s the betting nobody senior ever sees the inside of a cell ?
I'd like to know who dreamed up the threatening of/taking of blood from prisoners in us jails then shipping it here, for profit, either without screening it or knowing full well it was dangerous (gross negligence vs intended harm).
It appears to me that this disaster has been dragged out to lose as many victims to subsequent death and thus minimise the exposure this has done.
But maybe I'm cynical.
