The USA will manipulate the situation to drag Ukraine from Russian influence.
From what I can gather the problem is that the country is split, with half looking west and half looking east. Its ripe for civil war without one of those sides enforcing their way of life strictly.

This isn't 2003, azul - new sheriff in town, now. This bunch is NEA. Honest.
They will proclaim outrage for the remainder of their time in power. This, and do absolutely nothing that will have any effect on behalf of those out of power in Ukraine, or Venezuela, either. I'd bet my house on it. It would be less than beneficial to their electoral politics.
The USA is done with foreign policy and power brokering for awhile. Be careful what you ask for, rest of the world, for you will now receive. Kiev could turn into Syria and they'd still be NEA.
The USA are certainly making noises and there's talk of the rioters being funded mate and kept in weapons mate. Not saying I blame the USA as they're doing what they need to do but its a tinderbox. Russia hate your lids.
No doubt. So might I, if I was one of them. Most of the Russians that don't are already here, as are many who do. We're used to it on the ground, but the lot in charge find it inconceivable that we could be loathed the way we are - we were following a reset policy, after all. Forgive and forget, y'know. Same on the noise - noise is cheap and easy. We'll see what happens.
I've predicted twelve of the last two financial meltdowns and three or four of the the past nil Armageddons, but watch and see as promises are made but never kept, and threats are issued and later forgotten. Business as usual. I just fear what happens if they realize how far out of their depth they are and they do something really stupid to show how tough they are if the polls tell them that's what needs to happen. You can wreak a lot of havoc with a pen and a phone, if you're the most powerful man on earth and you need to remind everybody of that fact.
So in conclusion mate: Jozy Altidore is he gash or super gash?

My wife is Ukrainian and I have been following this since november.
What happend with over 100 dead is just so sad, live funerals on telly all day today.
I have friends in Kiev that talks about incredible situations.
What they are fighting is a corruption all over the place and the only one that is getting richer are the politicans and their friends. Google for the president palace (He has built his own sea that is huge.)
But the oppostion politicans are as corrupt as the ones that are there now. So the people staying on Maydan says no to the proposed solution, they want a total clean up.
But watching the people getting shot by snipers on live telly I didn't think would happend in "my" country.
There are a real desperation when people attach the police that have AK47 with only sticks

The Queen and the rest of the Royal family puts him to shame with their palaces and yachts ect but we put up with it all day.

They're not having a revolution because their ex-president had a few nice houses.There's a world of difference between their ex-president using his power to oppress against the will of the people and the Queen who has no tangible power and has the approval of the vast majority of the UK.

I know it goes a lot deeper than I'm not suggesting this is the reason they're protesting that but today the media has been showing how he has all these houses with zoos ect and what a lavish lifestyle he has and the majority have not much at all but its pretty much the same in most countries. I was simply stating that the queen seems to me to have a more lavish lifestyle.

It was the suggestion that we 'put up' with it that I found a bit daft, said as if the general public are ambivalent on the subject of the monarchy. She's the most popular head of state in the world by a country mile.
