Return of fans to stadiums to be controlled by Ballot

I would take a punt at assuming it is because all season ticket holders are valid to go, so they would have to hold a ballot for that too and they don't want to complicate it.

Fair point, but at best what would the attendance be, a few hundred maybe !!

Don't forget Tony Bellew, he lives in Aughton, which is not in the Liverpool City Region but is in West Lancashire. Soon as you pass Robins Island on the A59 your officially a woolyback, but we've all seen Tony at plenty of home games since lockdown so that'll be interesting to police.
Somehow manages to get tickets for 'selected' aways (Burnley limited tickets but easy to get too) with his humungus posse as well. Kids, mates, hangers on... They come marching through the crowd in the away end like the Sopranos entering the Bada Bing.
Best thing he could do in Aughton is bang Pinocchio out, just for the hell of it.!

Despise Tony.

Some people have personalities, some people do not.

His personality is that he's Scouse. That's it. Completely over eggs it, and milks the fact he's a blue to get loads from the club.

Glad he won some fights, but never ever got the clamour for selfies with him at the match.

Anyone know why they’ve chosen the Top Balcony as the designated seating area? Surely Park end would be most suitable?
Staffing issues aside, why not open all 4 sides so that no one would have to pass anywhere near a fellow supporter when going to the toilets or for refreshments.

don't get it?

There's only 2 entrances to the Top balcony and you won't be able to generate atmosphere for the players up there, will you? Surely Paddock Lower Gwladys and Park end would have been most suitable (segregate any area classed as "red zone".

That's why the club are doing it, the further away you are the less the boos can be heard.
