This one sounds a lot like the one we had in Canada a few years back. Lone nutjob steals a car and tries shooting people down by parliament. It has led to a LOT more security at our Houses of Parliament.

Yes mate its being broadcasted as one by Sky and by reading some of the reports it is a terrorist attack! One woman dead a Policeman stabbed and many more injured...
