From what they're saying it looks like one offender whose driven the car onto the pavement then to parliament where he's stabbed a copper and been shot .
At the minute it could be contained but you're right you'd worry if something else could follow on from it .

They will want as much info from him as possible, but they would deffo have been shooting to kill, and rightly so.
