Relegation Fight 2014/2015

Pienaar and Osman missing the majority of our season has been one of the main reasons why we've looked so blunt most of the time. If a young international player with a cv he's got can come in and help replicate what they give us without a transfer fee it's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned.

He won't though, he's nowhere near the creativity of Osman or Pienaar who were both good enough to play wide., Cleverley will make up another cog in the league's most unproductive midfield alongside Barry, McCarthy, and Besic. Martinez is the sort of idiot who would genuinely put all four of them out and wonder why it wasn't working.

6 points off it tomorrow.

Settle down. This is almost over.

Delusional. We're now banking on a win against a side above us just to be the same number of points off the relegation zone as we were when the weekend started? What if we lose? There's a reason they call it the 40 point mark, a few have predicted we'd be safer rounding it down to 36 this season, but there's an attitude on here that despite needing probably 11 more points that the teams below us just won't get the points needed. That has now been proven wrong. Villa have strung 2 wins together which some where calling impossible only two weeks ago. Palace and West Brom have moved away from it, and now Burnley have just beaten City. We have some absolutely huge 6 pointers at Villa (looking a lot harder now) and QPR. We are right on the knife edge yet you're still peddling the old line of oh well Sunderland or Hull will drop in. We are running out of teams worse than us. Only takes one of them to get a new manager bounce and any of a few teams could overtake us with one result. Its now at the point I think that if we lose tomorrow he will go.
