Player Valuation: £70m
Now we have a manager installed and the fixtures have been released as fans we are thinking ahead to the new campaign. For me personally, I believe Roberto is the right man for the job and I would never compare him to David Moyes.
We must go for silverware albeit being the League Cup, but silverware at our great club is definitely a must and lets hope it comes soon. The league position? I would settle for a top 8 finish but the higher the better. The FA Cup would be great if Roberto could retain that special trophy for the Everton blue as he did only weeks ago.

Top 8 would be acceptable. Anything less would be considered very disappointing (wouldn't sack him unless something mad happens like we almost get relgated). A good run in a cup would be ideal too, if we can't win something then get to at least one semi-final.

He deserves at least two full seasons before we open the jury on him in my opinion.

Hopefully we bring in some quality signings and a great season awaits. Hopefully.

I would like to see:

1 - League Cup final
2 - four points from the two derby games
3 - higher final league position than the RS

Gimme those three things and that will do nicely for a first season under a new manager.

I reckon we'll finish around 8/9th place and hopefully get a good cup run, maybe the league cup seeing as that may be the better chance to win silverware, but would also hope for us to get through 2 rounds in the FA cup

think with the quality in the squad we have anything less than 8th place would be dissapointing. an anfield win and a trip to wembley would do me this season.

Top half will do me providing we are building constructively to finish higher within our means the following seasons whilst playing entertaining football.
The board ought to back him now substantially (he was afterall their choice) and i'd like to think therefore top 6, but we know who they are...

Not sure, given the fact that most teams above us will and have strengthened I seriously doubt that we'll finish 6th next season.

Hopefully a good cup run, we all want silverware over a 6th placed finish. A win at Anfield would be nice as well, never seen one of them being an Everton fan.

Just hope we go for it a bit more in games instead of sitting back on 1-0 leads, actually finishing games off and scoring plenty of goals.

Unless there is a new challenger for 7th place trophy this season, we really shouldn't finish below 7th, given our squad's experience, determination and skill. However, I suppose I can tolerate a slightly lower place if we win a cup.
I hope that bobby is good in the transfer market because that's going to be the key to competing with the London clubs and Liverpool.
