Yet I bet they will be made out to be the Panto villians, by the Media led by their friends the tories.
Btw good to see Mick Lynch making mincemeat out of the media by straight talking and honesty, something the media and our Tory mates can't get used to.
I listened to a spokesperson for them telling the back story to this.
The government hasnt upped the price for the legal work for twenty years.
The people who come into it leave because there is more money for less work in other areas of law.
Don't forget they have a massive amount of debt, the uni fees, then they have to find thousands more to do the next step, then a two year internship on £12.000 a year.
No wonder they follow the money.
That means the legal service has lost a quarter of its staff, and the workload piles up on the others and we get a backlog in the courts, it's up to nearly 3 years for a rape case in some instances and we'll over a year as a norm.
On average there are about 15% to17% of people on remanded who are not quilty, meaning not only are innocent people in jail for a year , but it cost the taxpayer £50.000 a year to keep them in there , not a bad earnings for the privatised jails by the way.
The 25% is to encourage and retain staff at a workable level.
I know the 25% sound madness but I really want them to win.

You can see that wait till about person says anything barely a ripple.
Last week in the North East was the same full of peasants

There’s obvious Tory plants all over. Honestly the vast majority of people in this country make me sick. There was one women essentially saying that redundancies are great. Then theres the Tory witch Fiona. Shameful programme.

That fella in the glasses was doing my head in shouting saying he had 35 workers or something, totally drownd out the answer why they can't go between to different stations, they are owned by totally different TOCs with totally difference trains ect and as such need different people who know that system.
Shouted over the rail worker , who said it was like asking someone who worked for sainsburys to go and work in tesco.
Honestly everything is so fragment in the industry you wouldn't believe it .
Under BR for all its faults you knew who to contact over stuff , now trust me nobody has a clue, one company does on bit another something else.
I would get lashed out in minutes if I was in that studio.
I am losing my faith in this country and its people.

It's just like everything else this government has had its hand in... It turns into an unholy mess, the economy, Health service, Brexit, the cost of living shambles, the Energy crises, Petrol going through the roof, with this Summer of discontent arriving i can see the Country being on its knee's. The only happy workforces will be the Army and the Police Force... They will have to be.

Mick Lynch is an absolute legend! This was the funniest piece of TV (without meaning to be) I've seen in ages.

“I’m much older than I look Mr. Lynch”. She’s very fond of herself.

The fake laugh at the end when she thinks she’s ‘got him’ when all she managed to achieve was making herself look like the Tory mouthpiece that she is.

Mick Lynch is making all these interviewers look like amateurs.

Just seen this from a few days ago. Note the slimy bustard never actually saying he's not lying

He is a lying rat.

Don't know this Lynch fella from Adam but he's just telling the truth and keeping it simple and not getting caught up in the frankly ridiculous nonsense our useless press is trying to embroiled him in.

How about asking him what the RMT are after. Or is it just so reasonable that any right minded person would back them?
