Players, manager and coaching staff leave the field. Put a message out over the tannoy stating, until the person or persons responsible leave the stadium, the game won't be re-started and you have 10mins to do so. Then add if this doesn't happen the game will be played behind closed doors at another time.
Takeaway the platform for these imbeciles to spout their rubbish and let the peer pressure weed them out.
This will need the whole club from top to bottom to support it for it to work I might add.

See today's actions from kick it out , shows why it's so hard for racism to be dealt with properly.
Anything which can be taken in a racist manner (predominantly when it involves non-white people) is automatically siezed upon and vilified without taking it into context....

Silva and Mendy both knew it was a joke between friends, no offence intended and none taken,
Kick it out condemn it as racist and poor role model behaviour etc...
If Silva had tweeted any of the white players with the same type of joke would it be such a big deal?

The sooner actual racism is treated with the seriousness it deserves the better in my opinion,
Clear, targeted racism met with clear, serious sanctions (bans, stadium bans, competition expulsion, fines that actually make a difference and are donated to charities not UEFA or FIFA)
However we need to stop being so PC about everything and use our brains to realise just because someone , somewhere can be offended, you have to explore the context

I'm going to go right ahead and assume means "one person who is white"

And the reason is because if somebody can take a term that was used to dehumanize them for hundreds of years and repurpose it, thus robbing it of its power to offend and empowering those it was once used against, it's slightly different to when other people (particularly people who look like the ones doing the dehumanizing) use it.

The picture Silva put up was pathetic, the video a disgrace. You simply cant publicly laugh at anyones difference now. If he is not charged it will make a mockery of any future FA anti racism campaigns and will make Sterlings recent stance meaningless. Reminds me of the hooligan era and a lot of them not being able to name many players of the club they were going along to 'support'. They used the club as a vehicle to cause trouble. Deal with the individual properly, not the club.

Considering he's also black and had to deal with horrendous racism during his playing days and to a lesser degree afterwards
