Just had a gander on that deluded site RAWK, and it seems the England line up against the Swedes, was Some keeper who did ok, Hendo, Hendo, Hendo Hendo, Hendo, Hendo, Hendo, Hendo, Hendo and Hendo.

Yeah, I only had it on in the background but thought they all did well. Trippier's really impressed me this tournament actually and Pickford too, even if the hype he's getting is a touch ridiculous.

Watching this England team advance to the semi finals of the WC is the equivalent of the RS advancing through the Champions League (for most Irish people)

It has a sense of impending doom about it

Felt completely assured every time Sweden got near our goal in the knowledge that our Jordan would have it.

He's brilliant. Genuinely brilliant. And he plays for the Toffees!

Bill will be rubbing his hands at the thought of Pickford's value going through the roof during these championships. He'll be rolling out the "he was crying down the phone" line before too long.

Beyond delighted, been pessimistic af throughout this run because of past history, so to see us make it to the very end of the competition is amazing. Waited 22 long years to see England in a major semi final again, Wednesday can't come soon enough

Whenever there is an outbreak of unrestrained, unhindered and uninhibited pride in the exploits of our national team, there tends to be a counter movement, which sneers and chastises those who have allowed emotions to take over. That is their loss.

Like the person who goes to a night club and stands, sipping water, assessing the rhythmic ability of those on the dancefloor rather than jumping into the middle of it and joining in, they are so determined to remain detached they forget to enjoy themselves.

But if you cannot enjoy this, then you must ask yourself what is the point? If you can’t get excited by England reaching their first World Cup semi-final for 28 years, English football will never make you happy. You may as well give up.
