Top 3 qualify, 4-7 play off for the CL spot and the remaining EL spots. Then you've got the title race, relegation and the Euro spots race to look forward too so almost al the teams have got something to fight for.

To tack on the bail out money for the EFL to this "proposal" is crass and digusting but par for the course with furlougherpool, u-shited and their filty yank overlords. I truly hope we had sod all to do with this.

How Parry can remain in his position after his comments and support of this sham is beyond me, and I hope the EFL clubs bounce his corrupt carcass out of the job - he is obviously still on the payroll at murder incorporated.

The funny/sad thing about this proposal is that it grants a group of teams complete power to keep everyone else at arms length by blocking any takeover that might pose a challenge to them, yet Man City, who simply bought their way into the upper echelon get to be a part of that power structure and Leicester City who actually got there through true team building get locked out entirely. Ridiculous.
