Disagree, I think it should be the other way around. The biggest task for any CEO for the next 5 years should be getting the new stadium built and then ensuring that once it is built, we fill it and get it paid for. People should be appointed below the CEO to undertake the more menial tasks.
Building a stadium is a one-off. The consequences, whether right or wrong, are huge, but it has nothing to do with the day to day operations of a football club.
