Fair enough, but I'm talking as much to Brownie and anyone who thinks that Distin was to blame for that goal, as I am just to you. It was indeed poor play all around, but if you're (not you specifically) going to point the finger at someone, it should be Howard; poor wall and he was beaten far too close to the center of his goal.

I think death is just trying to wind you up, or he has been drinking heavily.

I would actually blame Distin and Howard just as much, if not more than Arteta. Arteta didn't really have a choice of what to do, he attempted to control a difficult ball in a tricky position and was unable to do so (although he did actually make a decent attempt and turned one player as he controlled it). Distin on the first occasion could have taken another touch, could have turned around and played it to the keeper, could have chosen a different pass forwards. On the second one he could have continued to shepherd it out for a goal kick, could have taken a touch, turned and smashed it up the line or out of play. Both times he chose the worst possible option. Howard positioned both the wall and himself poorly.

It's all decision making, mental attributes rather than physical technique.

Eh?

I've had 3 glasses of amaretto and coke but i certainly ain't drunk. Nor on a wind up.

Alot happened after distan made the sky pass, why not go back further like who didnt press the blackpool player that played the ball further, or who took the tip. Sorry i have been "hic" drinking.

Clearly then, it's Hibbert's fault for not being on the pitch to receive the ball from Distin's clearance, dribble up the pitch and score a 50 yard screamer.

I would actually do that, that's how you find out why you're not winning.

The positives mentioned are true but there's a huge fear lurking these days for me which is a guy named MIKEL ARTETA
He has been lackluster and that gives me scary thoughts.

An away point is always a good one, Blackpool are far from being a bad side and are competitive in this league, this year there is no divine right to win any game and every team and i mean every team is competitive and capable of beating the other. In that context im not dissapointed in an away point yesterday, we could have won but we easily could have lost as well. This season is the mosyt open it has been in years with no team showing conistency bar us really/lately.

Thats my point thats six unbeaten on the trot and in the context of the leaguie this season that is terrfic going keep it up and Europe will be a give me.
