Right, so you can understand how disgusting it is to hear fans ( who presumably wear the poppy) boo the knee thing.

Absolutely disgusting to boo...let there be zero doubt about that but it has lost its impact and it is sort of compulsory (like the poppy thing) I'm sure smarter people than I can come up with more effective action to fight racism. It just feels like paying lip service now. Racists can't help but spill their bile online....serious attempts to track them down might be a start.
