Eating chips with Pizza is just wrong, yet i can't really explain why.

Try asking for fries with your lasagna in a restaurant. Genuine Italian waiter will let you know how displeased he is. Not out right, but he will.

A family friend lives in the Netherlands and the first girlfriend he brought back to Bulgaria ages ago was absolutely shocked to her core we eat bread and potatoes at the same time It made no sense to her.

Always dodge pizza if going on a night out. No room for the beer after eating it

Mrs C and I were in New York recently and felt we had to have a pizza. I went all in and had a deep fried pizza, I wasn’t expecting much to be honest but thought in for a cent in for a dollar. I can now tell you, and I won’t be taking any arguments on the subject that deep fried pizza is the food of the Gods.
