No matter what Pizza I have, I always get extra pineapple on it, I love the contrast in taste. One thing that made me shudder was seeing a 'Donna Meat Pizza' on a menu... yuck.

If I have it my usual way with chips and garlic sauce. I use a knife and fork. Bit of pizza, a chip and garlic sauce in one bite.
If I'm having it on its own I always start from the outside in. So crust first.
Never been to Italy but imagine I'd be lynched if I ever do
