I'll probably get shot down for saying this, but here it goes. Imagine the uproar on this board had Pienaar congratulated the RS winning the Champions League after we had finished 4th in the table. Imagine how you'd feel about this situation then.

As much as I want Pienaar to stay and want this to mean he's burning his bridges with Spurs, I can't help but feel he should have shown more decorum.

I'm a fair person and know I would be livid if I was a Spurs fan reading his tweet.

If Tottenham fans think that their players have disgraced their club by congratulating Chelsea then I think that they are a disgrace to football itself. Football is supposed to be about sportsmanship and if players cannot congratulate opponents without ridicule by their supporters then those supporters can **** right off!!!
