the only issues there are - Cahill, Pienaar and Donovan if we can get him permanently

Compition my friend its the name of the game, Super Tim will need to be scoring 1 every two to be getting into our midfeild. Five man midfeild featuring:

--------------------The Heit

Landon---------Arteta-------Mofro------Pieman
^^^^^
Though id have Nzogbia

Cahill, Rodders, Billy, Ossie and Super Dan Gos in reserve

Not to mention wallace, baxter, apkan et al, the future's looking bright

Even below those lads we have Femi, Hallam Hope and Barckley.

I was thinking the same as i was writeing that out!

Ive heard their is a kid 12ish or so in the academy, who we dont let have any media exposure, or let local press into see youth games because he is that good. Just rumour like!

No doubt we will get an injury epidemic and need to sign Gavin McCann on loan - but looks ace on paper.

You see, it's them opinion things again but I thought he looked [Poor language removed].

Goat's post match description of him being a cow on rollerskates had me pissing myself.

He was absolutely terrible in the first 10 minutes or so of the game, when Hull were on top. He's just too hurried in everything he does, needs to relax and remember that he can actually play football a bit.

I [Poor language removed] every time he has the ball.

Bit harsh that mate. Fair enough if you made it sound like a metaphor, like you '[Poor language removed] it' or '[Poor language removed] yourself', 'I [Poor language removed]' is too much.

As much as I love him, I have to admit that his distribution is just awful. Distin at least sometimes does it right, passing well to CMs or wide midfielders. Jagielka has spent some much time playing alonside Yobo, that he probably doesn't know any other way than hoofing, and we lost possession almost every time because of it today.

He was also quite poor at defending for his own standards, but it had to be expected - he was rushed back and will have below average games from time to time, as other players coming back after such a serious injuries.

He's been back for about a fortnight after ten months out, he is nowhere near match fit, what do you lot expect?!

It's so easy for everyone to defend Jagielka and criticize Anichebe, despite both of them being in the same situation.
Just like I have written - I didn't expect anything else, he will have his ups and downs for the rest of the season; my post was mostly about his terrible distributing, which isn't so related to long injury break.

Admittedly I missed a lot of the first half, but what I saw of Jags today was pretty poor.

Jesus, give him time, please! I can't believe anyone has a bad word to say about Jags. Remember the goal against Villa when he didn't see that little Young little ferret? See how he bounced back from that? I'm looking forward to watching us beat Villa from my vantage point in a Tenerife bar. What's the betting Jags will be MoM? :pint:

Incidentally, unless my appeal against dismissal succeeds, I'll be looking for a new avatar and username before I go to Tenerife!
