I say he put the club 1st then by representing our club as captain, and by shaking the hands of the team he's defeated before celebrating.

I'm sure he wanted to just burst out and run manically to our team and fans. But the professional inside him and experience of being in cup finals, premier league winnings sides, makes him think if we lost I'd expect their captain to do the same.

He's level headed and traditional. Something his brother isnt or even Rio Ferdinand.

To recap, I love Phil, hes been a wonderful player this season and the best Captain we have had for years. I used to hate Weir as Captain, he never once opened his mouth. You can hear Phils girly voice all over GP and he is always at the ref whenever 1 of our players is getting a bolloxing.

Suddenly his 4 year contract seems all worthwhile.
