And how much difference would him screaming at the ref had made in the circumstances? Was a clear second yellow for Kev.

Personally would prefer he saved his rants at the ref to those where he has a case to make - like he did with the Stones non penalty call and there was another one where he was giving the ref aggro as well.

Fair enough mate, personally think constantly moaning for everything can backfire but agree it can depend on the ref. Tbh miss Phil Dowd a bit, he always seemed to get wound up by moaners as Mirallas luckily found out after that red card tackle on Suarez!

He wasn't at fault for any of the goals that I can recall and made some hugely important blocks (3) and clearances (12) as well as twice as many tackles as Stones/RFM combined.

There's no leadership mate. He's a church mouse. Imagine someone like Kompany or Terry failing to galvanise this collapsing defence so often.

He's a disgrace to the captaincy. Strip him of it and give it to Coleman or even Besic.
