I don't see this strategy as anti-everton. It can subtly be used to scupper any ambitious team promising to break into the Sky brand six.

The only people scuppering the chance of Everton getting in the top six is Everton.

We continue to bring our poor form of second half of last season into the new one and lose 1-4 at home to Brentford on the opening day
We continue to fail to win a game until late November when we beat the RS.
But still get relegated

Looking on the. bright side we needs new manager plus players - as our run in was relegation football......

Better than I expected. On paper at least, looks like potential for a good start from the opening ten or so. Hope we’re in a solid place before we hit April, which looks like our toughest month overall.

Every single season without fail we get this. I’m pretty sure we’ve had every combination of fixture runs possible and someone will turn it into a disaster every time.

I do have to LOL a bit at how they’ve put the Anfield derby near the end of the season so they can have a title party against us though.
