No no no.

You said, VERY clearly that Michael Owen was at Finch Farm on the 23rd of July. You said that he was 'there today' when you made the thread in the first place.

It's pretty clear as well, your 'mate' would have said 'he's here today'. I mean why would he text you saying 'he was there yesterday' ? Makes no sense.

Either you or your mate are talking pure bollocks.
my text said owen was at finch farm today i could not belive it i nearly ran the ****er over .

If I had the choice between being kicked in the shins, or having Owen sign for Everton, I would honestly choose a kick in the shins.

What about if it were a choice of being kicked in the balls or having Owen sign for Everton? Being kicked in the shins isn't THAT bad

If he signs, it will be a deal that is suited to Everton, and Everton wouldn't spend more than they needed on anyone thats fact.

So assuming wages are good for Everton, and Owen is happy to sign for us, he would be a great signing!! He is proven quality, and honestly who better to have coming off the bench to replace a tired Jelavic when we are seeking a goal? He is a top class finisher.

Anichebe is better coming off the bench, far better.

Anichebe got 6 goals coming off the bench last season, Owen hasn't even scored six goals in the last 3 years.

So we just get rid of a young English international who will more than likely now have a Long and stellar career away from david moyes, And this is the comeback signing , What a Load of ShiiTe .

I reckon he'd do well in the last 20 coming on, but to be completely honest, I'd rather give that time to young Macaleny.

Older head though, could teach the younguns, and has played [Poor language removed] all footy in the last couple of years so could have one good season left in him.

Jelavic and Owen up front with Felli tucked in behind, Gibba holding the fort and Pienaar and Naismith out wide would give me a semi Chub.

I would have to spend some time considering a kick in the balls.

I mean, a kick in the balls is some pretty bad s**t, but then again so is Michael Owen.

I'll have to get back to you on that one.

If this is Kenwrights big announcement tomorrow....
