Okay, now you're being a belter.

Please explain how it's logistically possible for Michael Owen to be at Euston Station on the morning of that day, and be in Battersea at 12pm on that day, and then for him to be at Finch Farm that day at the same time ?

It's not.

as i said when i posted it mate the lad at finch said he was there in his text. that might have been the day before you say he was in london i had no reason to lie about it

No no no.

You said, VERY clearly that Michael Owen was at Finch Farm on the 23rd of July. You said that he was 'there today' when you made the thread in the first place.

It's pretty clear as well, your 'mate' would have said 'he's here today'. I mean why would he text you saying 'he was there yesterday' ? Makes no sense.

Either you or your mate are talking pure bollocks.

Hope the *sigh* closed is retracted when it happens

Mate, how many people come on here and talk rubbish about we're 100% nailed on to be taken over, or we're 100% nailed on to have messi signing...just never happens. We have every right to be skeptical.

Oh Well, maybe he can buy a grade 6 horse, call it Billy Liar, and run it in sellers at Wolverhampton.

I'd rather him do that than steal a living sitting on the bench at Everton.

Anichebe's goal scoring record his better than his over the past 3 seasons.

Careful lad, he will post pictures of his son who plays for City.

No disrespect to him after his stellar career but...

on 2 November, however he was substituted early in the first half when he pulled up with a thigh injury. In February 2012, Owen started light training with the Manchester United squad. From April 2012, Owen started full training but not yet ready for first team games. On the 13th May 2012, Michael Owen was named as a substitute against Sunderland in United's final fixture.

Is he really fit now?

If I had the choice between being kicked in the shins, or having Owen sign for Everton, I would honestly choose a kick in the shins.

If he signs, it will be a deal that is suited to Everton, and Everton wouldn't spend more than they needed on anyone thats fact.

So assuming wages are good for Everton, and Owen is happy to sign for us, he would be a great signing!! He is proven quality, and honestly who better to have coming off the bench to replace a tired Jelavic when we are seeking a goal? He is a top class finisher.
