Hard for me to understand this one at all with Owen's wage demands and age. Same as getting Dempsey for 9 million from Fulham while having 12 million in our back pocket. I personally think they are both no go. But who knows?

I agree, doesnt strike me as progress and also doesnt really strike me as a rumour with much substance.

Yes I'm just trying to stay realistic with all the media hype going on. I feel Moyes is working on a Jelavic backup as I feel he thinks Vellios isn't just there yet and Victor seems to pick up an injury at the most inconvienent times.

I think Vic is gone tbh. For once though, feels as though these are planned departures and under our control. Would tend to suggest we have a couple of targets lined up. I just hope Owen isnt one of them.

Been hearing the Vic to Wigan thingy for a while now and nothing has come of it. I just can't see him going unless we have a warm body in with some pedigree to fire us up the table. I expect loans one for the start of the year and perhaps two from the Americas around Christmas.
