....Defence hopeful he will be housed in hospital away from majority of other prisoners, although he could still be 'cut' or 'raped'. Also suggesting that after 10 months he will be released to serve the remainder of the sentence via house arrest - this is normal in SA law.

Both sides seem content with the outcome which suggests M'lady got it about right.
