Think its 21 days of the month count and you get the other 9 or 10 days off the sentence

He has to serve 1/6th of the sentence before being considered for home detention. Writing lines 'I must not shoot people' 1000 times a day I think it means.

'considered' i think the judge got the sentence about right given the verdict, obvs the verdict being 'right' is another matter
