I don’t think it would even be possible for him to fill that thing all the way up. The pump won’t pre-authorize more than $100 at a time, and IIRC there is a max of three fuel pre-authorizations per day. That’s probably a 200 gallon tank, so unless he plopped down $500ish in cash at the register, he’s just brought that giant tank for nothing.
As sh**** as this is it does say volunteer.
