Blimey, only in America. 
So I stumbled across the fact that 5G conspiracy theorists have started buying faraday cages for their wifi routers. I had a look on amazon and they're selling little metal cages to these wonderfully naive people for $60+.
Just google "router emf cage"
People pay big money to ruin their wifi signal.
There also seems to be people turning off the 5ghz band on their router as they believe that's 5g even though 5g operates at 28ghz and the 5 is purely a coincidence.

seems a weird place and time to intentionally set it off though (edit: although CNN just claimed that local cops had a call of shots fired in the area right before it and then found the vehicle, so it might have been an attempt to lure them into an area and then kill as many as possible)
