Who is asking for miracle here? We are only asking him to stop the rot, not win the league!!
9 games gone and we are only slightly better than relegation pace.
And we played badly in %60 of our games. Moyes made his name by getting results with limited resources so why should it be different this time.

Because teams have pad patches of results in a season and we are currently in ours but we will get out of it it only takes one thing for example what sparked our season last season was the tackle from neville on ronaldo which got us fired up and we drew with manure and after that look what happened i think we will get out of this winless run soon just have patience is all im saying

Because the resources are far too limited at the moment, every team in the League would struggle in our situation. David Moyes has certainly never had to deal with 10-11 injuries at once, especially when alot of the injured players are his best players.

Exactly but with players coming back soon i think with that news it will be like we have signed new players

the team we put out in the past few matches is way better than what we had when Moyes first join us. The team back then had more determination and fight. We are far from that now.
I'm behind the team no matter what happen but that does not mean I have to ignore everything and heap praise on moyes. At least not now.

As I've said so many times, balance is an important thing in football. This team is completely unbalanced, we have an inexperienced and weak midfield aswell as two wide players who provide no craft or creativity.
We have a patched up back four and we are having to play a formation that doesn't suit us unless we have everyone fit and available.

The team's of the past had a steady team and that's the reason it was organised and everyone knew there roles in the side. This side has chopped and changed all season.

No ones asking you to heap praise on Moyes and ignore everything but a bit of realism is needed. We have a severe injury crisis, one that would effect every team in the country.

if in 04/05 Moyes had to put out a back 4 of Boyle - Stubbs - Carsley - Hibbert we'd have conceded and struggled just as much as we now are. the key issue is where the injuries have left us chronically short, in defence - hence inexperienced playes, players out of position, players not used to playing alonside each other all contributing to basic communication and defensive errors.

I remember the last time people called for Moyes's head after a Spurs game Feb 07 if i remember correctly if you remember we lost it in the last minute after a Moyes substitution - its been bumped a few times over the past two years - to some members embarrassment - best to get behind the team and manager if history has thought us anything its not to underestimate the ability and the resileince of the team and especially he who is Moyes.

i think caliln for his head is a bridge that we do not want to cross just yet however i think some realism needs to be added to the situation....

the players coming back are going to need time to re adjust themselves back into the game thats a fact some will do it quicker than others but overall time will be needed so its now that we need to keep going and gettin pts on the board...

we hav a massive injury list thats frustrating but we still r puttin out international players (its just my opinion) but i think at times people talk like we hav 11 teenagers out on the field!!!!!!!!

we had n unbeaten run goin for a while but cmon guys we r only a few games into the season and we played stoke burnley wolves and bolton and amassed 2pts from just that lot ...hand on heart and tell me thats acceptable

It has to be, it´s happened it´s history .What we do have to do now is pick ourselves up and fight.Believe ,stop the rot.Tighten up at the back, stop the stupid mistakes .get a bit of flair back in midfield take the half chances that come and get some grit in the preformances .I really do think we´ll beat Villa and Benfica and our season will improve from there.Lets hope this is the lowest point of our season.Keep the faith and get behind the lads.
If we lost Moyes now then we would be scuppered.

I agree and find it hard to argue with what's been said about our injury problem.
On the other hand, I find the injury harder and harder to justify with every poor performance(7 consecutive). For a slum to last that long without seeing any improvement is very worrying indeed. If we cant win, at least make us hard to beat.

It's not always that easy is it? Injuries play a big part in that.

Moyes can only work with what he's got and at the moment this group of players he has available are struggling to win games and that will be the case until get some players back.

How do you make a team tough to beat when you can't even get a steady back four out week in week out? How do you protect them when you've got a patched up midfield infront of them?

I know it's not easy but you seems to say its almost impossible. Is it what we are suppose to expect?
Are we not suppose to expect Moyes to improve the performance of the player we are left with?
Can the team play better with the current set of player?

I'm just realistic.

We have a good starting eleven and a decent squad but it's not a great one, it's certainly not a squad that can withstand 10-11 injuries and win games. Especially when the players who are out injured are key players and players that make the difference.

I don't think the team can play much better with the current set of players he has available to him. If he gets those players back and we continue to play dire football then you'll see me questioning him but not now.
