mate the constant bashing is getting a touch tedious and boring. We buy no one your complain and moan, we buy someone you then say something but negative things and slate moyes for spending money on him. If at the end of the season he is garbage fair enough but the lad has not even put on a blue shift and already you have judged. His scoring record is second to none and yes in the SPL however lets preserve judgement shall and at least give him a chance. But then again not the davek way to look forward. You could win a blue rolls royce then complain you wanted a pink one

I'm of the belief that goals are goals, proper finishes are proper finishes, regardless of where they are made. The goal posts are the same everywhere, are they not? Quality is revealed during the run of play. It's impossible to judge how a player will fit in based on a goal compilation. A striker could have all the moves yet lack a finishing touch, or they could be lunks with a good finish. But when a striker leads the respective league they play for, they can't be terrible. Lets see how he does against Premiere League defenders now.
Jelavic looks like a nice finisher, he looks very promising and I'm excited to see him play. That's when he could start to be judged on his quality, some players raise their game and others don't have it in them. How many acquisitions really turn out to be as good as they are hyped when they arrive? I just hope Jelavic doesn't set the bar too high for himself when he promises 'Goals and goals and goals' in statements to the press.

Apparently the fact that his Uncle is a bad boy is extremely relevant.
Davek's more of a melt than Damon, at least Damon uses lots of fonts.

Yeah it is irrelevant if he does the business for us. Don't judge a player on what his uncle does.. If we are gonna start getting on one of our own players back before a ball has even been kicked by him because of something his uncle is involved well we may as well stop calling ourselves supporters,
