I'm convinced he'll start banging them in again for us, form is temporary class is permanent and all that, as others have said, just have to get the ball to him in the box, not have him chasing down the channels all the time. I can't remember the last 20+ goal a season striker we had but i'm confident Jelavic is the man for that job now.

Sound mate. Sorted my Oldham ticket today so quite happy at the mo :). Bit disappointed baines is gettin spewed tonight tho...he has played well last few engo games, so surely that is his shirt to lose? Sick of all this golden generation 100 cap bollox, especially that wife beatin cnut...

Yeah Baines has been wicked and definitely deserves to start, but at least he can't get injured if he's just sitting on the bench!

I'm going to be back for the Reading game and I'm not taking my nephew this time, so we will be able to go for a bevvy mate!

Me thinks his form will get better know . He didnt have a good euros and thats effected him but know hes knocked one in it should give him the confidence that he can score
 
A bit of a rest and back seat will do jelavic good. Luckily vic has stepped up this season and u could now argue that both merit the starting spot based on their ability's. finally we have a striker who can come off the bench that other teams will worry about, whether that is vic or jelavic...form will decide.

Vic will no doubt pick up a injury again soon so jelavic getting a bit of a rest before the final push may prove a blessing in disguise leading into the vital run in.

Still have a worry that vic is more super sub than super starter but we'll see, as he's proved me wron about a lot of things this season.

I just don't get why he wants strikers to do everything other than what a striker should do.

Just pass them the ball in the f*cking box for God's sake, if their missing chance after chance then they might not be up to the mark but don't stick them out wide and have them knackered before they can even get in the bloody box ffs.
