Yeah I'd say too early for him, despite winning an U18 award he's not has his best season anyway because he had no break over summer where he played for England. We won't see him for a while I'd imagine.

I'm a big fan of Fletcher but yeah, Wolves are messing about, so with whatever funds we do end up with it's likely we'll take a punt on someone, be it SPL, the Championship or abroad. We need some sort of back-up, hopefully Moyes knows this!

The worry is injury, fatigue and the mental shift Davey expects a lone forward to put in - thats before you touch on delivery etc. Without question we need back up - we're a very different and more effective team with a goal scorer in it.

When Everton signed Nikica Jelavic I doubt many would have predicted the instant impact he has made. Jelavic arrived from Rangers and their were a lot of doubts whether he could cut it in the Premier League as it's a big step from the SPL. Jelavic has taken the league by storm and become an instant hero
