I notice the Polish haven't been affected. So it's probably Poland. I'm going to start interrogating Poles later.
I'm sure you will have a great time breaking rye bread and drinking vodka with them.

Sadly both parties main plan for years is just to blame the other lot for whatever they want as they know their own fans will lap it up. If you are a floating voter who has no idea who to vote for seeing that must be offputting as you would rather support the ones making an effort to discuss the here and now not the past. Labours manifesto does a lot of that but there is still a huge issue over Brexit which will be a deciding factor for many whether you voted Remain or Leave and I don't think Labour have covered it properly knowing they have a split electorate on it. Understandable they have sat on the fence really and are trying to push other things but I think a lot of people will swallow May and her "Strong and Stable" guff even if it is a load of old twaddle.Quite typical of the way the NHS has been politicized that this issue has become a stick with which to hit whichever party you oppose.
Apparently 40 years ago they did, are the tories a better alternative in those subsequent 40 years?
History and facts would conclusively suggest no mate.
The thing is, for all this "strong and stable" rubbish (I do detest a soundbite from all parties), by preventing the NHS from upgrading, they've proven themselves to actually be "weak and vulnerable".
A "Winger"? Not sure what that means.
I probably have 10 years plus on you, and I remember a time of politically motivated trade unionists, for their own gains, not those of their members, holding an elected Labour Govt to ransom. I didnt like it. Didnt sit right to me, as a teenager.
As a direct result, the Thatcher govt got in.
Played lads.
Some like to rewrite history, but they were probably not there at the time.
Yes perhaps so.Then so too are the SNP and the governments of the 99 countries affected including the USA and Russia....

The scary thing is that a variant of XP is used on our nuclear arsenal. The NHS wanted to update their systems ages ago, at least a year ago if not more.
Government cuts put a stop to this so XP remained.
I've heard it mentioned that some in government hoped for this, to use as another excuse to bash it, despite it not being the fault of the NHS in the slightest.
Yeah scary. The scary thing is that a variant of XP is used on our nuclear arsenal.
