Chiefs open -2 point favourite. I expect the line to grow.

The Bills did not impress anyone last night.

I think they are under more pressure than the Chiefs. Considerably more, given their playoff history. The Chiefs have reached the AFC Championship Game for the 7th time in a row. This is their floor. No one is going to look back on failing to threepeat as a disaster given the Dynastical developments of the last 7 years. This is Buffalo's second championship game in the Allen era. Never made a Super Bowl. They will be expected to finally get over the line. Fail to do so and the soul searching wil be intense.

Last game we played them were missing Butker, Brown, Pacheco, Omenihu and Watson. Wanya Morris was the starting LT. Essentially its a different Chiefs team the Bills are facing at Arrowhead compared to week 11. I think its a better one.

For me, this is the Super Bowl. It would embarrassing for either QB to be outplayed by Jalen Hurts and I don’t think it’s going to happen.
I think Buffalo match up well against KC and Allen is the one QB I expect to go into Arrowhead in a pressure game and perform at his best.

It's virtually a toss up - as a 2 point home favourite suggests. But I still lean towards Buffalo. Although if KC can sort out the issues on the right side of their offensive line then they will have a great chance.

It's far from certain they'll be facing Hurts though

To be fair I haven’t really seen much Allen love, it’s been more Lamar/ Ravens ‘blowing it’ narrative than anything else.
Because they did. Again.

The Ravens lose every game the exact same way. Which really should fall back on the coach. And I’m not even suggesting they should get rid of Harbaugh because that could blow up in their faces, but it’s just really tough when you’ve not won the turnover battle in ten straight playoff games and the coach says it’s not something he’d draw a line between to the press. At some point you have to learn your damn lesson!

But it was Lamar who committed 2 turnovers.

the bigger the game the better Mahomes plays. That is quite clear. He is the leader in every single post season category that matters. His worst loss ever is in overtime of an AfC championship game.

If Allen was as good he would have Mahomes post season record but he does not.

Mahomes record speaks for itself

But I've had a feeling for a while now that this Allen's year. I just think he's been delivering constantly when it matters this season.

I could be completely wrong but eventually the Chiefs will lose one of these games, and if they are going to lose, I think it's going to be against Allen and the Bills. I wouldn't give any other team a chance against KC in a play off game this season.

Then he bounced back and basically played a perfect second half. The defense didn’t show up until halftime and the TE screwed up.

It’s an organizational issue though. They spend the entire season loose with the ball but it largely doesn’t matter because they’re better than everyone and they mostly win anyway. But in big games sometimes those fine margins cost you and they’ve yet to recognize that. I doubt they will.

The best teams win playoff games without the QB being a 10/10 every time. The Bills and Eagles both did it yesterday. The Ravens can’t and that’s why they always get stopped.
