As nobody else wants to give an update and I suppose it's left to me (seems like all the other ITK's have gone quiet!)

Meeting with Emery reps took place today.

Very productive meeting and Emery clearly wants to be a manager in the Premier League and our 'project interests him greatly'.

Buy out clause and salary are not an issue.

BUT Real Madrid are......

Essentially if we want Emery, we need Real to win on Sat.

Then this deal has a real chance of happening, if not we have our work cut out as he has a very good chance of replacing Zidane.

Depending on Saturday's outcome, Emery will be in London for further discussions and hopefully confirmed as EFC manager at some point next week.

I'm not trying to make friends or enemies, just passing on well sourced information.

At this moment, De Boer is not an option.

So you're saying you have sources at Everton and Real not to mention Emery's reps....

Who are we getting, though...I need to start seeing tsunami-sized waves soon. Be arsed f'ing up another pre-season and I can't see the older heads in the squad being happy with that either.

The players will report for pre-season around the first week in July, unless they played in the Euros, in that case it will probably be around the 20th July.

So I reckon we have a good month until we need to start to panic mein Friend.

I can accept late starters if most of the players we get in played in the Euro's...not really the manager side I'm twitching over, more the recruitment side. Although I'm sad for them on the playing/career side I'm also glad Jags, Leighton and Barry etc. will be there from the off to help whomever comes in and I hope they're rounded up early for guidance, which I would expect from those in the frame.

We need hurry up due being left behind with transfers, we have a massive rebuilding job, best to do the transfers before Euros and we still deciding on managers

So basically
Koeman is eyeing up arsenal seat, does this mean Wenger leaving arsenal next season
Emery linked to real Madrid , is this Emery dream job?
Nothing on pellegrini future yet
And Frank not even been interview yet but Moyes had and is getting all his mates to tell us how good Moyes was for us and he is we should be lucky he considering us, I don't fancy being plucky Everton again with Moyes. Tbf Martinez didn't do that, he believes we were a massive club and beat anyone so I want a manager with this type of mentality not finishing 5th is good enough for little Everton.

Let's just hope this is one of those 'don't believe everything you read or hear in the media' moments shall we? Before we start to hit any levels of desperate panic?

I dont know crap but just watch Koeman is still innit...when he has seen Emery possibility he surely has second quessed his own judgement.

It'll be good lads, Moshy got this.
