News of Ex Players

Ex-Blues in management:

Frank Lampard’s Coventry win 2-1 at home to Preston and move to within 1 point of the playoff places

Gary Rowett’s Oxford lost 2-0 at WBA but are 9 points clear of the relegation zone

Steve Schumacher gets his third win in a row for Bolton with a 2-1 win against in-form Leyton Orient. Bolton are now goal difference away from a playoff spot

Tom Cleverly’s Watford and Carlo’s Madrid in action tomorrow
Still have a piece of my heart for Frank, considering his big Chelsea connection he didn't half throw his lot at the job here and ingrained himself in our club, will always remember the iconic executive boxes incident after the palace game and also when he came over about a quarter of an hour after the final whistle at Leicester to salute all us lunatics🤣and yeah he wasn't the right boss for us but I truly hope he can make a success of things at Coventry.

Would have really liked it if he had been a success with us, but seemed to lack tactical nous which surprised me with his background and experience as a player with a number of competent managers.
