News of Ex Players

He doesn`t help himself with the way he handles it either.

" I know best, you know nothing ".
Last weekend when they went 11 points behind he should have said the league was Liverpool`s to lose. To try and make out that they were still in the title race and then go and drop another 2 points yesterday made his comments after the WHam defeat sound very funny.

He just comes across as a narky sulk when he gets interviewed.

Yet he didn`t come across like that as player.

If he showed a bit more humility, I don`t think their fans would get so arsey over him.

The reality is that it`s still his first managerial job, so he`s still not at the " finished article stage ".

One things for sure, is that they`ve needed an out and out proper striker now for a couple of seasons, yet for some reason he still seems to persist without one.

He seems to have gone all out on set pieces too, which is very unlike him, as he never played in teams that played like that and sure Pep didn`t pass that onto him either.

If they had someone like Cunha up front, I`m sure they`d be much closer to the RS than they are now.

….51 today, terrific playing that role protecting the back four;
