I don't think any player produced an above average performance and there were too many that performed below average on the day.

Besic must have been fit if he was included on the bench. He has probably been our most consistent player this season and today we missed his ability to close down and intercept. He organises well and encourages those players around him too. I don't understand why he didn't start the game.

Think he had flu or something

I can't understand the reason for playing Baines on the left in midfield. Unless this is Long term option then why bother for one game.

'Not good enough' would be a massive understatement.

What's our motto again ?

Supporters can see what is wrong, pundits can see it, other managers can see it. Everyone, in fact, except the one man who can do something about it.

Stop having us defending like Wigan or move on.

hull is a big big game now anythink other than 3 points will be a disgrace we need to put a team out that will get in the hull players faces basic needs to be back in the team him and Naismith the only players with abit of anger to them, we can't fault Joel today everyone in front of him let him down

Agree with a lot of this. In the 40+ years I've been watching the Blues there gave been far too many low points and whilst our current situation is massively frustrating, it's not the worst we've been through. I do however, think Martinez needs to shake things up and I honestly think he should start with his coaching staff and I include Ferguson in this as I have yet to see what if any positive effect he us having except the pre-match video highlights.

To be fair, it always looked a strange appointment.

Duncan Ferguson's style of play on the pitch would have been total anathema to Bobby.....totally alien to his much derided "philosophy".

I imagine any advice Duncan would be giving him re attacking play would go in one ear and out the other.
