Client I worked for recently, spoke to a relative of theirs who happens to play for us.
This isn't exactly a blip either, we have been underperforming since pre season. Take away the Wolfsburg results and we have been an absolute disgrace this season.

So, who are the fall outs between? Be open and share you info, maybe it will help people on here understand the situation better....or is it just the normal fall outs you get in football clubs and all work places...clashed of personality, people not able to come to terms with not being in the team and not being able to accept criticism from above? Let's be transparent about it at least.
It's clear there was an issue with Distin earlier this season, but that seemed purely about poor form, which to be fair deserves flagging....if you're playing poorly and making costly mistakes then you expect some form of discipline.
I don't believe it's anything other than the normal workplace squabbles which happen everywhere.

A team load of Indians and not a single chief, we need to sign a proper midfield enforcer/centre half and make him captain. Martinez doesn't seem like the sort to scream and shout at HT to get the team up for the second half, we come out half asleep most of the time. Someone needs to give them a proper kick up the backside and make them realize who it is they're playing for.
